From New York City via the Lincoln Tunnel: Take the New Jersey Turnpike South. Take Exit 15, which leads to Route 280 West. Follow Route 280 West, and take Exit 4A (also known as the Eisenhower Parkway). After exiting, continue to the first traffic light (Eagle Rock Avenue), and turn right. Continue 1 mile to traffic light (River Road), and turn left. Continue on River Road for 2 miles, and at the second traffic light, turn right (DeForest Avenue). The Memorial Park entrance is about 600 yards on the left.

From the George Washington Bridge: Take the George Washington Bridge to Route 80 West. Follow Route 80 to Exit 48 (Montville–Pine Brook). Turn left off the exit ramp, then make first right turn (right turn only sign). Continue through traffic light, over a small bridge and turn left onto New Road. Continue on New Road, as it takes a curve through an area without any buildings, leading onto the main street of East Hanover (Ridgedale Avenue). Continue on Ridgedale Avenue through four traffic lights, and the fifth traffic light by the firehouse, church and U.S. Post Office is located at the corner of DeForest Avenue. Turn left onto DeForest Avenue. The Memorial Park entrance is on the right approximately 250 yards.

From New York Thruway and the Garden State Parkway South: Take New York Thruway to the Garden State Parkway South to Exit 145 in East Orange. Take Exit to Route 280 West. Follow Route 280 West, and take Exit 4A (also known as the Eisenhower Parkway). After exiting, continue to the first traffic light (Eagle Rock Avenue), and turn right. Continue 1 mile to traffic light (River Road), and turn left. Continue on River Road for 2 miles, and at the second traffic light, turn right (DeForest Avenue). The Memorial Park entrance is about 600 yards on the left.

From South Jersey: Take the Garden State Parkway to Exit 145 in East Orange. Take Exit to Route 280 West. Follow Route 280 West, and take Exit 4A (also known as the Eisenhower Parkway). After exiting, continue to the first traffic light (Eagle Rock Avenue), and turn right. Continue 1 mile to traffic light (River Road), and turn left. Continue on River Road for 2 miles, and at the second traffic light, turn right (DeForest Avenue). The Memorial Park entrance is about 600 yards on the left.

From Montclair: Take Bloomfield Avenue West to Passaic Avenue, Caldwell. Turn left onto Passaic Avenue and continue to the end (Eagle Rock Avenue). Turn right onto Eagle Rock Avenue. Continue through first traffic light, over a small bridge and turn left at the second light onto River Road. Continue on River Road to second traffic light and turn right onto DeForest Avenue. Follow DeForest Avenue, and the Memorial park entrance is approximately 600 yards on the left.

From Staten Island: Take Route 278 over the Goethals Bridge to the New Jersey Turnpike North. Take Exit 15W, which leads to Route 280 West. Follow Route 280 West, and take Exit 4A (also known as the Eisenhower Parkway). After exiting, continue to the first traffic light (Eagle Rock Avenue), and turn right. Continue 1 mile to traffic light (River Road), and turn left. Continue on River Road for 2 miles, and at the second traffic light, turn right (DeForest Avenue). The Memorial Park entrance is about 600 yards on the left. From Whippany and Route 287 North: Follow Route 287 to Exit 39A (Route 10 East) for five traffic lights. After fifth traffic light is the jug handle to the Algonquin Parkway. Cross over Route 10, and follow the Algonquin Parkway to Melanie Lane. Turn right onto Melanie Lane and follow to the end. Turn left onto Ridgedale Avenue. At the first traffic light, turn right onto DeForest Avenue. The Memorial Park entrance is on the right approximately 250 yards.

From Whippany and Route 287 South: Follow Route 287 to Exit 39A (Route 10 East) for five traffic lights. After fifth traffic light is the jug handle to the Algonquin Parkway. Cross over Route 10, and follow the Algonquin Parkway to Melanie Lane. Turn right onto Melanie Lane and follow to the end. Turn left onto Ridgedale Avenue. At the first traffic light, turn right onto DeForest Avenue. The Memorial Park entrance is on the right approximately 250 yards.
