Letter from Chairman
 Welcome to the Laurel Grove Cemetery Association Web Site. I am Bernard Stoecklein, Chairman of CMS Mid-Atlantic, Inc., which is the parent company that manages this non-sectarian cemetery. Although the cemetery is more than 130-years-old, I consider Laurel Grove to still be in its infancy because of the vast area in which we can expand. It also services a large geographic area with its close proximity to the George Washington Bridge and New York City. We have many plans for the future, including construction of a new mausoleum and additional underground public mausoleums.
Having worked in the cemetery industry all my life, I have developed a strong passion for it. No other business or endeavor has such a long-lasting impact on the individuals it serves or the community in which it resides. At Laurel Grove Cemetery, we honor and pay respect to our fellow man daily; we offer emotional support to those experiencing loss and grief; and, perhaps most importantly, we protect and preserve memories for future generations.
Recognizing the important role we play as caretakers of history, we strive to provide a high level of personal attention and compassion to those who have entrusted us with their family’s eternal memory and perpetual care.
